Scope
These terms govern your use of cyligence.com. They do not govern our products. socialpic has its own terms of service, which cover an account-based relationship this site does not create.
What this site is
An informational site about Cyligence and what we build. There are no accounts, no purchases and no way to submit content. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, a solicitation for investment, or a commitment to ship a particular product on a particular date.
Using the content
You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything on this site. Quote us accurately and attribute it, and please link to the source rather than reproducing a page wholesale.
Everything here — text, images, product screenshots, the site design and its code — is owned by Cyligence or used with permission, and is protected by copyright.
The marks
"Cyligence", "socialpic", the Cyligence pyramid, and the socialpic mark are trademarks of Cyligence. Press and partners may use them in accordance with our brand guidelines to refer to us or to our products.
You may not use them to imply an endorsement, affiliation or partnership that does not exist, alter them, or incorporate them into your own logo, product name or domain. If you are unsure whether a use is fine, ask — the answer is usually yes and it takes one email.
Fair use of the site
Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or the infrastructure behind it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use it to distribute malware. Ordinary crawling by search engines is fine and expected.
Third-party links
Some pages link elsewhere, including to socialpic.ai. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not run, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the far end of it.
Forward-looking statements
This site describes products in development and intentions about what we will build. Plans change, and some of what is described may be delayed, altered or abandoned. Please do not treat statements about the future as promises.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and the current version is always the one on this page.
